How can I get in contact with someone if I cannot find an answer to my question on the frequently asked question page?

What is the difference between a Waist Trainer and a Waist Trimmer?

The Waist Trainer is used For tummy control and to support you while working out. It’s built and made with latex and it helps support your back while wearing during the day, and/or lifting weights. It’s very structured with a zipper closure and a velcro strap. Great for postpartum as well. The trimmer is only used for working out and promoting a good sweat. It is not made to be worn during the day. It’s made with Neoprene which helps you sweat.

Can I modify the address once my order has been placed?

Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order.

How long does shipping take?

You can look to receive your package anywhere between 3-10 business days, after placing your order unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return my order for a refund?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. Only store credit.

All waist trimmers, workout accessories /flash sale & sale items are FINAL SALE. Waist Trainers and Activewear are all ok to return for store credit.
